On December 18, a vibrant artistic convergence of youthful creativity and cutting-edge technology took over the "Eyes of the GBA", a new cultural landmark in the central district of Bao'an in Shenzhen. The "Infinite Inspiration GBA Youth Art Exhibition" officially opened its doors to the public.

Forging "New-Quality Imagery": Reaching out to each other between Art and Technology 

Held within the futuristic architecture of the "Eyes of the GBA", the exhibition transforms the building's symbolic design—"Round Sky and Square Earth; Eyes Facing Each Other"—into a spatial narrative of "reaching out to each other, art converging at the core". This setting guides visitors through an immersive artistic journey.

The award-winning and shortlisted works in the competition's "New-Quality Imagery" unit epitomize this cutting-edge exploration. Guangzhou artist Wang Peisheng's multimedia installation "Dyson Sphere" responds to the reality of the GBA through technological imagination, becoming the epitome of the symbiosis between technology and humanity. Hong Kong artist Ren Ruoxi's AI-generated artwork "Infinite Species Generator" delves into the philosophical boundaries between technology and life. Other shortlisted pieces also use media such as LED matrices to construct immersive scenes where virtuality and reality are intertwined and full of speculation.

Hong Kong digital artist Zhou Yeshan's installation "Eyes of the GBA" employs naked-eye 3D and AI light-shadow technology to interweave traditional patterns with the digital texture of the GBA. Shenzhen artist He Siqi's interactive work "Hopscotch Life" invites physical participation from viewers, integrating art into the pulse of urban life.

Converging Diverse Art Forms for a Multi-Dimensional Immersive Experience

The exhibition further deepens the visitor experience by incorporating diverse artistic forms. Shenzhen artist Zheng Yuefei's public installation "Tower of Stars" uses environmentally friendly materials and innovative structures to construct a romantic image of the star dome. Artist Shen Mengyao's "Riding the Divine Boat in Dreams" interprets the spirit of Lingnan Dragon Boat in a surreal way, pinnin on the young people’s vision of transcending the boundless and going to the future.
